Irritable bowel syndrome is very irritable for sufferers. It is very hard to get some relief from IBS. It is seen all over the world and in all classes of people. The most problem occurs when suffering peoples goes out for outdoor works. A lack of satisfaction always remains in mind. IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) IBS is a psycho-motor disorder characterized by altering bowel habit with mid nagging and abdominal colic. Patients always feel the urgency of defecation. Whenever there is, hurry on anything to do first patients usually suffers more. The pain is that even after several times of attempt patients never satisfies with is bowel moment.

Causes & Factors:

  • Cause of Irritable bowel syndrome is uncertain!! Yes in most the cases it is an unknown mystery.

  • Some foods may trigger the severity. People often complain about certain foods, which triggers the IBS.

  • Parasites may be a triggering factor like Giardiasis. · Worm infestation is another big issue. Only Anti Worm medicines sometimes relives from such symptoms.
  • Vitamin deficiency, like niacin, B-12 or folic acid also triggers the IBS.
  • Excessive use of certain antibiotics, like Amoxycillin, Cefexime etc.
  • Intolerance of any common food like milk or milk products. Many people having this problem just after from their birth. Even many children cannot even tolerate their mom's milk.

Symptoms:

  • Diarrhea occurs in the morning commonly.
  • Diarrhea occurs very rarely in the nights.

  • The first thing to do is change your diet list and avoid the known intestine allergic food, recipes. · Stop taking milk and all milk products (buttermilk is good) instead of that, Soya milk is a substituted option.
  • Avoid heavy meal (as they are tough to digest) and take small amount nutritious food.
  • Stop taking excessive hot and cold food or drinks.
  • Soda water or Coca drinks should be avoided
  • The restriction should be maintained in alcohol consumption.
  • Avoid stress
  • Take pro-biotic like curd or it can be available in the market in capsule or sachet form.
  • Work slowly and don't put yourself in hurry.
  • Last but not the east a self-confidence to grow up in mind over abdominal discomfort.
  • Plenty of fluid orally
  • Try more fibre rich food.

Home Remedies:

  • Bilava (Aegle marmelos) Choorna (Powder) or Juice daily morning in empty stomach.
  • Butter milk (Tarka) with Chitrak ( White leadwort or Boga agechita or Plumbago)
  • Butter Milk with Chabaya and Pipal mool (root of Bo-Tree or Ashwatha tree) and Black pepper.
  • Mandukaparni (Centella asiatica) leaves, raw juice in empty stomach in the morning.
  • Don't take any laxative or Antacid suspension.
  • Drink green tea. It is beneficial for your guts.
  • Try cornflakes and Oatmeal in the breakfast.
  • Drink daily 4/5 litre water
  • Try ginger mix soup or tea as its makes the digestive system smooth and superior.
  • Jeera (Cumin) or Ajwain after food is very good for digestion.
  • Dry ginger or Sunthi is also good for GUTs when taken after food regularly.
